Our Pastor
Pastor Dennis Higgins started Harbor Baptist Church May 18, 1997 in Palmyra High school. Through his vision the church was able to move to our current location at 32 New Albany Rd. Pastor and Mrs. Higgins have five children, two daughters and three sons. Two of his sons work with us here on staff one as Youth Pastor and the other as School Administrator.
Youth Pastor
Br. Dennis Higgins Jr. is the Youth Director at Harbor Baptist Church. He has been serving at our church since June of 2002.. He and his wife Heather have two children with one on the way. Br. Dennis leads an exciting teen program that meets on Friday nights for a regularly scheduled activity.
